Your listeners are anonymous
Spotify and Apple Podcasts will never hand you their emails. Your most loyal listener, the one who's been there every week for two years, is someone you cannot contact. They aren't yours.
For podcasters who want emails, sponsors and sales — not just downloads
Minute Lead turns every episode into a lead magnet (PDF, checklist, quiz, calculator or prompt) with its own capture page, ready to drop into the episode description. Your list grows with every episode, and your listeners turn into clients.

The problem
Dozens of episodes, thousands of listens, and not one listener you can email about what you sell.
Spotify and Apple Podcasts will never hand you their emails. Your most loyal listener, the one who's been there every week for two years, is someone you cannot contact. They aren't yours.
A sponsor buys an audience they can reach and measure. With downloads they have to take your word for it; a newsletter with an open rate is proof — and a second slot to sponsor.
Email is still the number one channel for selling. Mentioning your offer between two questions isn't enough: a buyer needs to hear about it seven times. That happens in their inbox, not in their ears.
What to do instead
Listens, downloads, charts: flattering numbers, none of which turn themselves into sponsors or clients.
The math that matters
My podcast passed 1 million listens. My revenue comes from my newsletter and its 14,000 subscribers — not from the listens. The list pays; the audio builds the name.
Building a lead magnet by hand costs half a day per episode. Nobody does that on top of editing — which is why your episodes ship with nothing to offer.

Who's behind this
I built a podcast past 1 million listens and a newsletter with 14,000 subscribers. And I can tell you exactly where my revenue comes from: the newsletter. Not the listens.
Views buy you a reputation. Emails buy you a business. It took me far too long to see that, and an absurd amount of time to wire up the plumbing.

No problem: paste the episode transcript and it works the same. Most recording and editing tools (Riverside, Descript, Ausha and the rest) hand you one in a click.
A sponsor wants an audience they can reach and measure. An email list built episode after episode, with its open rate, is something concrete in your media kit — and a newsletter can be sponsored too, on top of the show.
Then the hard part is done. The trouble is where it lives: three clicks away from your content, on a page nobody visits. Minute Lead makes one per piece of content, glued to the topic you just covered. Proximity is what converts, not the document itself.
No, and it isn't meant to. Your tool sends the emails. Minute Lead handles the part nobody wants to do: finding the idea, writing the lead magnet, building the capture page. Your contacts export cleanly and plug into whatever you already use.
It's the opposite. 200 people who listen to you for an hour are about as qualified as it gets — a few emails per episode is enough to build a list of people who already know you. Starting now costs no more than starting later.
Then start with the list. Building an audience you can actually reach while you work out your offer is time in the bank: the day you launch, you already have people to tell.
You're not signing them up, they are. They asked for a document because the topic interests them, and they can unsubscribe in one click.
In your account, exportable to CSV whenever you want, connectable to your email tool. They're yours, including if you cancel. No hostage-taking, no cut of what you sell.
The trial is free and needs no card: you build your first lead magnet before paying anything. After that, cancel in one click, no commitment.

A mention in the episode, the link in the description on Spotify, Apple and YouTube. That's the only work left on your side, and it takes two minutes.
